Truly a wonderful composition! It gives me the impression the guard shack is there to look out for extraterrestial guests... I've never been able to see the Milky Way like this, I'm happy you took the opportunity, creativity and endurance to make this great piece of art. Voted!

Excellent shot of the southwest night sky! Guard shack light painting really adds to the impact. The Milky Way always amazes me when I visit Arizona. You really can't see it in the Cleveland Ohio area. Too much city light interference. f/v

Thanks so much Terri, I was so thrilled with the way the guard shack was being lit by the cars, I knew it was going to be an awesome image. I live in a remote area with very, very light pollution, it's a fantastic spot to shoot the night sky.
